What Quick schedule is

Scheduling that works without an account. Create it from the home page and share the URL to collect answers. Participants need no account either.

The two modes

Either people vote yes, maybe, or no on times you propose, or they paint their free hours on a timeline.

The mode cannot be changed later

Once created, the mode is fixed. Create a new page if you need the other one.

Up to 50 proposed times

Voting mode accepts at most 50 candidate times.

The two URLs you get

The participant URL is what you share with the people answering. The organiser URL is yours alone, for checking responses and confirming the time.

The organiser URL cannot be shown again

It appears only on the screen shown right after creation. It cannot be reissued or redisplayed. Lose it and you can no longer confirm that page, so bookmark it or send yourself a note.

Anyone holding it can confirm the schedule, so do not give it to participants.

How long the page lasts

The page becomes unavailable 90 days after the last activity, and is deleted after that. Responses count as activity, so the clock restarts whenever somebody answers.

Confirming a time extends the window rather than removing it. Handing the page over to an account, from the organiser URL, removes the limit.

What is not available

No confirmation emails or reminders, no calendar sync, and no automatic meeting URLs. Create an account if you need any of those.
