This sets out the terms of use of Tokiawase. Please check the contents before using the service.

Applicable

These Terms apply to the use of Tokiawase's web services, APIs, and related functions provided by ClassAct Co., Ltd.
If there are individual contracts, order forms, administrator notices, or additional terms on the screen, their contents will apply in conjunction with these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and an individual agreement, the individual agreement shall prevail to the extent specified in the individual agreement.

Users shall provide accurate registration information and appropriately manage their account, authentication information, MFA, and external ID linkage.
Users are responsible for actions taken under their account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
If necessary for security reasons, our company may perform identity verification, re-authentication, cancellation of cooperation, or usage restrictions.

Integration with external services such as Google Calendar is provided based on the user's explicit consent and the terms of each external service.
All or part of the linked functions may not be available due to specification changes, failures, reviews, or restrictions on use of external services.
Users can grant the necessary permissions for the linkage and cancel the linkage when it is no longer needed on the management screen or on the external service side.

The free plan can be used within the range specified by our company. Fees, billing units, payment terms, and usage limits for paid plans are displayed on the service pricing page, application screen, or individual contract.
Transfer fees, communication fees, internet connection fees, and device fees required for payment are the responsibility of the user.
Paid plans are automatically renewed each contract period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled, and charges will be charged to the registered payment method on each renewal date.
Users can cancel at any time. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the paid period, and no pro-rated refunds will be given.
If we change rates, plans, or usage limits, we will notify you in advance of any important changes in an appropriate manner. Changed rates will be applied from the next renewal date.

Acts that infringe on laws, public order and morals, the rights of third parties, or the interests of our company or other users are prohibited.
Unauthorized access, excessive load, vulnerability exploration, scraping, authentication evasion, and unauthorized acquisition of tokens and secrets are prohibited.
Registration of false information, impersonation, nuisance, spam, and use that violates the terms of external services are prohibited.

Our company may suspend all or part of the service due to maintenance, failures, security measures, legal compliance, or external service reasons.
If a user violates these Terms, the Company may take necessary measures such as account suspension, termination of cooperation, data preservation, and contract termination.
We may improve our services, change specifications, add functions, or abolish functions. We will notify you of any material changes by appropriate means.

Rights regarding Tokiawase, related software, designs, documents, trademarks, and logos belong to our company or its legitimate rights holders.
Rights regarding data such as schedules, answers, profiles, etc. registered by users are reserved to the users or their legitimate rights holders.
Users authorize the Company to process User Data to the extent necessary for service provision, maintenance, and security measures.

We do not warrant that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suitable for any particular purpose.
The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by external services, communication environments, user terminals, or third party services, unless the damage is attributable to the Company.
Even if our company is found to be liable, the scope of liability is limited to normal and direct damages, excluding intentional or gross negligence on our part.

Our company may change these Terms in response to changes in laws, service content, or operational status.
If we make any material changes, we will notify you by appropriate means, such as on our website, in-service notices, or by email.
If you use the service after any changes have been made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law.
If a dispute arises regarding the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our company will be the exclusive court of first instance.
