Sales priceThe free plan costs 0 yen. Prices for paid plans are displayed as tax-inclusive prices on the pricing page and application screen within the service. If it is based on an individual contract of a corporation, it will be displayed on the quotation, order form, or individual contract.
Necessary charges other than product priceInternet connection fees, communication fees, device fees, bank transfer fees, etc. are the responsibility of the user.
payment methodCredit card payment (Stripe). For individual corporate contracts, payments may be made by invoice, bank transfer, or other methods specified by the Company.
Payment periodIf paying by credit card, you will be charged the fee for that period (monthly or yearly) at the time of application, and thereafter automatically charged (automatic renewal) on each renewal date. For individual contracts, payment must be made by the deadline specified in the invoice, order form, or individual contract.
Timing of provision of servicesIf paying by credit card, you can use the service immediately after the payment is completed. In the case of an individual contract, use will become available after the start date specified in the account issuance, usage start procedure, or individual contract.
Cancellation/Cancellation/RefundPaid plans can be canceled at any time from "Manage Contracts" within the service. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use paid features until the end of the paid period. Due to the nature of SaaS, as a general rule, we do not provide refunds after the service starts, including pro-rata refunds due to cancellation during the period. If separately stipulated in an individual contract, the terms and conditions shall apply.
