Tokiawase is a scheduling service

It exists to settle the time of a meeting or an interview without trading messages about it. Some methods propose candidates for people to choose from; others derive candidates from calendars.

What works without an account

Quick schedule needs no account. Create it from the home page and share the URL you get back. Participants need no account either, are not asked for an email address, and no card is required.

See "Using Quick schedule without an account" for the details.

What signing up adds

You get four scheduling methods: poll, booking link, group booking link, and team availability. Team availability additionally requires a connected meeting tool.

You also get calendar sync for checking availability and writing events, automatic meeting URLs, and confirmation emails with reminders.

What happens once a time is confirmed

Notifications go out and the calendar entry is written automatically. These are on from the start for newly created schedules. See "What happens automatically once a time is confirmed".

Cost

The Free plan costs nothing. It caps your organisation at five members and ten schedules a month.

Above that, Pro is 330 yen and Business 880 yen per person per month, tax included. See "How pricing works".

Where to start

Try it without signing up, from Quick schedule on the home page. Then create an account when you want notifications or repeat use — pages you already created can be handed over.
