Free plan limits
Up to 5 members. You can publish up to 1 booking page at a time, and it accepts any number of bookings. You can have up to 1 poll accepting responses at a time; once you confirm or close it you can start the next one (past polls and their results are kept). There is no limit on the number of candidate times or respondents. Team booking pages, member availability and one-time links are paid features. Quick scheduling is unlimited.
Frequently asked questions
Who is counted toward the bill?
Active members of the tenant. Changes in headcount take effect at the end of the current period, so the amount does not change mid-period.
Are the people who respond to a request charged?
No. They do not need an account, so they are not counted.
Does quick scheduling count toward the Free limits?
No. Quick scheduling works without an account, does not count toward the open poll limit, and you can create as many as you like.
What happens when the Free limit is reached?
Only the action that would go over the limit is stopped, with an explanation: publishing another booking page while one is already published, or starting another poll while one is accepting responses. Published booking pages and open polls keep working and keep accepting bookings and responses. Booking pages are never paused because of the number of bookings.
How much does annual billing save?
The annual price is ten months of the monthly price, so you save two months.
