Comparing Tokiawase plans (Free, Pro, Business)
What each plan costs and which limits change. Pricing is per person, and the people you invite to a schedule are never billable.

How pricing works
Pricing is per person, and the people it counts are the members of your organisation.
People you invite to a schedule are not billable. However many book through a booking link or answer a poll, the price does not change.
Prices
All figures are per person and include Japanese consumption tax at 10 percent.
Free costs nothing. Pro is 330 yen per month, or 3,300 yen per year. Business is 880 yen per month, or 8,800 yen per year.
The yearly price is ten months of the monthly one, so paying a year at a time gives you two months free.
The limits on Free
Free caps your organisation at five members. Above that you need Pro or Business.
Free also caps the schedules you create at ten per month. The count resets when the month rolls over.
Quick schedule is not counted. Because it needs no account, the pages you create with it never touch this limit.
Pro and Business
Neither of the two limits above applies. Member count and monthly schedules are unrestricted.
Choosing
Stay on Free while five people and ten schedules a month are enough. Move to Pro when either number no longer fits, and to Business when you also need the organisation-level administration.
Starting on Free and switching when you hit a limit is perfectly workable. Your data carries over.
Notes on billing
Prices shown include tax. When the billable headcount changes mid-period, the change is reflected at the end of the period rather than immediately.
