The two ways Quick schedule can collect answers
Quick schedule, which needs no account, offers a choice between voting on proposed times and collecting the hours people are free.
Two modes to choose from
Quick schedule works without an account. When you create one, you choose how answers are collected.
How they differ
With voting on proposed times, people answer yes, maybe, or no for each candidate. This suits the case where the candidates are already narrowed down.
With collecting free hours, people drag across a timeline to paint their availability, marking each part as free, unsure, or unavailable. This suits the case where the candidates cannot be narrowed down in advance.
The mode is fixed once created
It cannot be changed afterwards. Please create a new page if you need the other mode.
How long the page lasts
A page created with Quick schedule becomes unavailable 90 days after the last activity and is deleted after that. Responses from participants count as activity.
Pages handed over to an account are exempt from that limit. You can hand a page over from the organiser URL.
