How the Free, Pro and Business plans are structured
Tokiawase is priced per person. Here are the three plans and what each costs.
Pricing is per person
Tokiawase is priced according to the number of people using it.
People invited to a schedule are not billable. However many respond to a booking or a poll, the price does not change.
The plans
Free costs nothing. Pro is 330 yen per month or 3,300 yen per year. Business is 880 yen per month or 8,800 yen per year. All figures are per person and include Japanese consumption tax at 10 percent.
The yearly price is ten months of the monthly one, so paying a year at a time gives you two months free.
What Free covers
On the Free plan your organisation is capped at five members and ten schedules created per month. The monthly count resets when the month rolls over.
Quick schedule, which works without an account, is not counted towards that.
When headcount changes
A change during a period is reflected at the end of that period.
