Nudging people who have not answered
You can nudge participants who have not responded. This is the one thing that is off by default, so it needs enabling, and it only applies to polls.

Nudges are off to begin with
Confirmations and reminders are on from the start for new schedules, but nudging people who have not answered is the exception: it is off by default.
Until you switch it on, not a single nudge is sent. If you have been waiting for one to go out on its own, that is why.
Only polls
Nudges apply to polls. Bookings that came through a booking link, and team availability, never send them even with the setting on, because neither has a stage where answers are being awaited.
Two things are required
The nudge has to be switched on in the schedule settings, and the participant has to have an email address on file.
Nudges go by email, so participants added with only a name are never included.
Sending one by hand
You can also send from the responses screen without using the automatic nudge, targeting only the people who have not answered. When you are waiting on one last person, that is often easier to control.
If nothing is sent
If nothing at all goes out, check that the nudge is switched on. If only some people are missed, check their email addresses. If you are using a booking link, note that nudges apply to polls only.
