Tokiawase offers four scheduling methods. Choose based on who proposes the times, how many people are involved, and whether an account is needed.

The four scheduling methods
With an account you can use the following four methods.
Poll
You list candidate times and participants answer yes, maybe, or no. Best when the candidates are already narrowed down.
Booking link
You define your available hours and let the other person pick a slot. Best for a queue of different people.
Group booking link
One link covering several hosts. You choose whether every host must be free, or just one of them.
Team availability
Compares your team members calendars and surfaces only the times when everyone is free. This method requires a connected meeting tool.
When you want to try it without signing up
To settle a single date without creating an account, use Quick schedule from the home page.
Participants do not need an account and are not asked for an email address. In exchange there are no confirmation emails and no calendar sync, and the page is deleted 90 days after the last activity. Handing it over to an account removes that retention limit.
How to choose
If you would rather not sign up at all, use Quick schedule. If the other person is one of many and you do not want to trade messages, use a booking link, or a group booking link when several people share the duty.
If the participants are fixed and you already have candidate times, use a poll. If there are many participants and you want to see everyone availability, use team availability.

Each method has its own page with the settings and what happens after a time is confirmed. Confirmation emails and reminders work the same way across all methods.
